Last year was an active one in terms of modifications to existing Cuban and Venezuelan sanctions programs. In addition, OFAC has expanded sanctions beyond drug kingpins to corruption. The panel will provide insight into these changes and discuss how H.R. 3364 will impact sanctions programs going forward.
