Luis Gonzalez Ludlow

Luis González Ludlow is a corporate services attorney in Holland & Knight's Mexico City office. Mr. González focuses his practice on a variety of corporate transactions.

Mr. González has several years of experience as a transactional lawyer, providing advice in matters relating to domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as joint ventures. He has also represented lenders and borrowers in domestic and cross-border financing transactions.

Mr. González also advises private and public companies in corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. González worked as a foreign associate in the New York office of a multinational law firm.
