California's 2021 Housing Laws: What You Need to Know

Holland & Knight's land use attorneys Chelsea Maclean, Andrew Starrels, Daniel Golub and Kevin Ashe will provide insights and an overview of legislation in their annual housing legislative recap. Although 2020 was a largely dismal session regarding housing production legislation, new tenant protection laws could affect housing owners, managers and lenders.
