Business attorney Cliff DeGroot and financial services attorney Dan Sylvester will speak at FounderX, an event designed to connect global leaders, mentors, executives and investors. The three-day gathering, stylized as an informal "unconference," will take place at various locations in California, and both attorneys will speak on the first day of the event. Mr. DeGroot will present during a workshop on funding and legal negotiations, and Mr. Sylvester will serve as keynote speaker during a dinner. Holland & Knight is sponsoring the event, including happy hour and networking sessions.
