International Taxation in Cross-Border Operations

Tax attorney Eugenio Grageda is participating as a guest instructor in an international tax educational program for the University of San Diego (USD) School of Law and Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). The course, offered in English and Spanish, will delve into tax topics from the viewpoint of the U.S. and Mexico. The course will cover international tax treaties, ethical considerations, foreign investment tax considerations in Mexico and U.S. taxation of individuals and businesses, highlighting implications of cross-border operations and investments.
