Overview
Eugenio Grageda is a tax attorney who focuses his practice on international aspects of taxation, covering both corporate and private client tax matters.
In the corporate field, Mr. Grageda is focused on providing tax consultation services over any type of corporate transaction, investment structure or financial instrument, at a domestic and international level. In the private client space, he provides estate and succession tax planning and tax compliance assistance to individuals and families with international connections.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Grageda practiced in the tax department of various law firms in Mexico and New York, as well as with the Mexican Revenue Service. He is a professor at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de Mexico (ITAM) postgraduate school and continuously participates in forums.
