Al Paredón con Jorge Hernán Peláez

Corporate attorney Juan Felipe Fontecha participated in the "Al Paredón con Jorge Hernán Peláez" program. Mr. Fontecha spoke about the instruments called green bonds and bonds linked to sustainable performance in Colombia. These instruments were established by the financial system and capital market in response to the country's environmental, social and sustainability problems. Mr. Fontecha explained the notion of what is considered a green bond for the Financial Superintendence. He also went over the minimum requirements that these instruments must have.
