Policy Forum on Education and Health Care Equity

Bloomberg Government and Holland & Knight hosted a policy forum that convened Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) members and leaders in a two-panel discussion on education and healthcare. The opening education session saw the panelists explore the current state of historically black colleges and universities (HBCU) and the outlook for legislation focused on ensuring the long-term stability and advancement of HBCUs. The following healthcare session presented an in-depth discussion of health care access for communities of color and viability of proposed policy solutions aimed at addressing these disparities.
