Decree 0533 of 2024: New Rules to Access the Incentive for the Creation and Permanence of New Formal Jobs

Labor and employment attorney Mariangela Cáceres wrote an article for Asuntos Legales about Decree 0533 of 2024, which regulates the incentive for the creation and retention of new formal jobs in Colombia.
