Mechanical Licensing Collective Sets Headquarters Location

The Mechanical Licensing Collective has announced its Nashville-based headquarters will be located on the second floor of MarketStreet Enterprises’ Three Thirty Three building, according to this article. 

The Mechanical Licensing Collective, a nonprofit, was designated by the U.S. Copyright Office under the Music Modernization Act of 2018, and beginning in January of next year, the MLC will "issue and administer blanket mechanical licenses to eligible streaming and download services in the United States."

Waller's Philip Head and Andrew Cornwell assisted the Collective in its lease negotiations for the Three Thirty Three building space.
