Best Mentors: Danielle Garno Gives Mentees Space to 'Breathe, Grow and Make Mistakes'
Partner Danielle Garno was interviewed by the Daily Business Review as a part of its "Best Mentors" series. In this Q&A interview, Ms. Garno discussed her secrets for effective mentoring, which she attributed mostly to personal understanding and relationships with mentees. She also stressed the importance of being able to slow down even when working in a fast-paced environment. "Understanding people where they are and on a personal level, not just career-wise. This develops trust, which is essential to effective mentoring," Ms. Garno said.
