Energy & Natural Resources attorney Inés Elvira Vesga was cited in an article published by Cambio discussing the government's proposals to regulate energy sales in the market. The article highlighted how the new regulations could have negative effects on the Colombian energy sector, potentially decreasing market efficiency and deterring investment.
