Holland & Knight Partner Amy L. Edwards Elected Education Officer for ABA Section of Environment, Energy and Resources

WASHINGTON (September 9, 2014) – Holland & Knight partner Amy L. Edwards has been elected education officer for the 9,000-member Section on Environment, Energy and Resources (SEER) of the American Bar Association (ABA). The election took place at the ABA’s annual meeting last month in Boston.

As education officer, Ms. Edwards will oversee the section’s programming, including its fall, spring and water law conferences, several regional conferences, continuing legal education (CLE), and non-CLE webinars and podcasts.

Ms. Edwards has been actively involved in the ABA SEER section, previously serving on the SEER Council, as chair of the group’s fall conference last year, and as chair of the Environmental Transactions and Brownfields Committee for two years. She has also edited and authored two books for ABA SEER.
