SAN FRANCISCO (July 16, 2015) – Holland & Knight represented Digital Realty on the real estate component of its $1.886 billion acquisition of Telx Holdings, Inc. from private equity firms ABRY Partners and Berkshire Partners. Digital Realty, a San Francisco-based real estate investment trust, is a leading provider of data center and colocation solutions.
