Holland & Knight Adds Securities and Capital Markets Attorney Robin Feiner in New York

NEW YORK (August 10, 2020) – Robin Feiner has joined Holland & Knight in New York as a partner in the firm's Northeast Corporate, M&A and Securities Practice Group. Ms. Feiner focuses her practice on securities and capital markets. Most recently, she was a partner at Winston & Strawn.

Ms. Feiner represents companies, investment banks and private equity sponsors on equity transactions, particularly IPOs, follow-ons and block trades. She also advises public and private company clients on general securities and corporate matters, including SEC disclosure and compliance, corporate finance transactions, investor relations, corporate governance and strategic matters.

During her more than 20-year career at leading global law firms and bulge-bracket investment banks, Ms. Feiner has advised on more than 100 IPOs across all industry sectors. In particular, she has significant experience in the building products/construction, financial services, consumer retail and technology sectors. Prior to joining her previous firm, she spent 11 years in increasingly senior ECM banker positions at Citigroup Global Markets and UBS Investment Bank, as well as 10 years as a corporate attorney.

Ms. Feiner received a J.D. degree from New York University School of Law and a B.S. degree in applied economics and business management from Cornell University.
