Holland & Knight Advises Valcourt Building Services on Investment Deal with Littlejohn & Co.

TYSONS, Va. (January 12, 2021) – Holland & Knight advised Valcourt Building Services on a deal to receive a significant growth investment from private equity firm Littlejohn & Co. The deal was announced on Jan. 11.

Headquartered in McLean, Virginia, Valcourt provides a full range of recurring and essential exterior building maintenance services that require vertical access capabilities, including window cleaning, waterproofing and safety services to Class-A commercial offices, high-rise residential condominiums, hospitality businesses, healthcare facilities and other clients. The company operates a network of branches from which it serves clients across 23 states.

Littlejohn & Co. is a Greenwich, Connecticut-based investment firm focused on private equity and debt investments primarily in middle market companies. The firm has approximately $12 billion in regulatory assets under management.
