Holland & Knight Advises Fibra UNO on $300 Million International Private Offering
MEXICO CITY (March 30, 2021) – Holland & Knight advised Fibra UNO on its international offering of US$300 million in senior notes. The issuance included the reopening of up to US$300 million at 5.250% yield to maturity, due in 2026, issued in accordance with Rule 144A and Regulation S under the United States Securities Act of 1933. The offering took place on March 25.
The successful offering was oversubscribed.
"This placement is proof that private Mexican issuers continue to be considered relevant by foreign investors," said Guillermo Uribe Lara, the Mexico City-based partner who led the Holland & Knight team.
Santander Investment Securities Inc. and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, acted as active joint bookrunners while Actinver Securities, Inc., acted as co-manager.
Fibra UNO, Mexico's largest real estate investment trust, has been advised by Holland & Knight team members on all of its financing transactions since its creation in 2011.
