Holland & Knight Advises Intero Digital on Refinancing Transactions

DALLAS (March 13, 2025) – Holland & Knight advised Digital Marketing Holdings LLC (d/b/a Intero Digital) on the closing of several refinancing transactions. The transactions closed on March 6.

The transactions refinanced certain parts of Intero's existing debt and will provide the company with new growth capital for future operations. The refinancing credit facilities were provided by affiliates of Capital Southwest Corporation and NewSpring Capital.
