Holland & Knight Advises TRIARQ Health in Sale to Michigan's Largest Health Plan
MIAMI (August 18, 2021) – Holland & Knight advised TRIARQ Health, a national Management Services Organization, in a sale transaction to become a wholly owned subsidiary of the largest health plan in Michigan. The announcement was made on Aug. 10.
TRIARQ Health partners with doctors to transform their operations and business functions, allowing independent physicians to gain efficiencies and benefits that are available to the largest health care organizations. With this new relationship, TRIARQ Health will be in a stronger position to offer physicians and caregivers more strategic support. It will also accelerate TRIARQ Health’s ability to drive payer-provider collaboration on a national scale. The company will remain headquartered in Royal Oak, Michigan.
