Capital Markets Partner Camilo Gantiva Hidalgo Joins Holland & Knight in Bogotá
BOGOTÁ (February 16, 2022) – Holland & Knight continues its growth in Colombia with the addition of Camilo Gantiva Hidalgo, who joins as a partner and will lead the office's capital markets and financial services regulation practices. He was previously co-head of the banking and capital markets practice of Garrigues in Colombia.
Mr. Gantiva Hidalgo has more than 18 years of experience advising on financial and capital markets matters. He also served as deputy general counsel of the Self-Regulatory Organization for the Colombian Securities Market (Autorregulador del Mercado de Valores) and a New York-based energy fund.

Mr. Gantiva Hidalgo earned an LL.M. degree from New York University School of Law and a J.D. degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, where he currently serves as a professor teaching a securities law post-degree program.
