Holland & Knight Advises Axim Geospatial in Acquisition by NV5 Global

TYSONS, VA (February 27, 2023) – Holland & Knight represented Axim Geospatial, a leading provider of geospatial solutions to support defense and utilities, in its acquisition by NV5 Global, Inc. (NASDAQ: NVEE). The deal was announced on Feb. 23, 2023.

Axim, headquartered in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, provides end-to-end geospatial services and solutions throughout the U.S. through core competencies that include big data services, geomatics, business solutions, cloud services, infrastructure security, analytics and professional services.
