Holland & Knight Advises Trivest Partners on PeopleShare Sale to PROMAN

MIAMI (May 12, 2023) – Holland & Knight advised Trivest Partners LP on the sale of its portfolio company PeopleShare to PROMAN, one of the largest staffing firms for light industrial and construction industries globally. The completed transaction was announced on May 9, 2023.

Headquartered in Collegeville, Pennsylvania, PeopleShare was previously controlled by Trivest Fund V, along with co-founders Dave Donald and Ryan Clark and its employee shareholders. PeopleShare provides temporary, temp-to-hire and contingent workforce solutions for light industrial and office and clerical positions, primarily to small and medium-sized businesses. The company, which currently operates 40 branches across the Mid-Atlantic and Midwestern U.S., tripled its number of branches and entered five new states during its partnership with Trivest.

Based in Coral Gables, Florida, Trivest is a private equity firm focused solely on founder-owned businesses. Trivest has closed more than 500 transactions, totaling nearly $8 billion in value.

PROMAN was founded in France, and its North America headquarters is located in Northbrook, Illinois. The company serves more than 45,000 customers in 16 countries containing 915 branches.
