Holland & Knight Earns True Trailblazer Status As It Receives Mansfield Certification for Seventh Straight Year

MIAMI (October 3, 2024) – For the seventh year in a row, Holland & Knight has achieved "Mansfield Certified" status awarded by Diversity Lab, an incubator for innovative ideas and solutions that boost diversity and inclusion in law. Additionally, Holland & Knight was recognized as a True Trailblazer, which honors 56 firms that consecutively achieved Mansfield Certification for seven to eight years and remain committed. Mansfield is a year-long structured certification process designed to ensure all qualified talent at participating law firms have a fair and equal opportunity to be considered for advancement into leadership.

Holland & Knight is part of a cohort of 360-plus midsize and large firms that have committed to the Mansfield Rule initiative for 2024-2025. Each year, firms are asked to recommit to the principles of transparency, accountability and knowledge sharing that are required through the certification process. Mansfield supports participating firms by providing the structure and guidance needed to build and maintain transparent processes, open the door wider for all talent, and connect and collaborate with each other to exchange best practices.
