Sergio Alejandro Alayon

Sergio Alejandro Alayon Flórez is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Bogotá office. Mr. Alayon concentrates his practice on commercial law matters, corporate governance, compliance, preparation of agreements and legal documents.

In addition, Mr. Alayon has a significant litigation and dispute resolution background. He has experience in the preparation of agreements as well as the due diligence process regarding a variety of companies. He also handles mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Prior to joining Holland & Knight in his current role, Mr. Alayon was a law clerk in the firm's Bogotá office and was a member of the Corporate – Latin America Practice Group. Previously, he worked for a boutique law firm in Bogotá as a litigation intern and a member of its dispute resolution practice group.
