David Clay

David Clay is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office and Practice Group Leader for the Corporate Mid-South Region of the Corporate, M&A and Securities Group. Mr. Clay counsels both public and private company clients in a wide range of corporate matters, including offerings of debt and equity securities, compliance with securities laws and periodic reporting requirements, mergers, acquisitions, strategic transactions and corporate governance. His clients include healthcare systems and providers, manufacturing and technology firms, professional service firms, family offices, real estate developers and real estate investment trusts.
