  • Represented the Tennessee Titans National Football League (NFL) franchise in negotiating, documenting and closing credit facilities needed to recapitalize and fund a minority share redemption
  • Represented Advanced Recovery Systems in negotiating, documenting and closing a $75 million senior credit facility from White Oak Healthcare Finance
  • Represented a family office-owned dental management holding company in negotiating $72 million in secured notes restructuring with a national financial services company in connection with a partial pay off and the sale of the client's dental management company to a publicly traded dental management services company
  • Represented IVX Health in negotiating, documenting and closing an asset-based credit facility from Gemino Healthcare Finance LLC simultaneously with the acquisition of Precision Healthcare
  • Represented an international critical care product supplier in structuring a $50 million senior secured credit facility
  • Represented an integrated behavioral management company in securing a $40 million senior secured credit facility comprising a $30 million real estate term loan and a $10 million asset-based revolving loan to fund expansion into new markets
  • Represented IVX Health in negotiating, documenting and closing a senior credit facility from a group of banks led by Regions Bank
  • Assisted a regional dental support organization office with securing credit to initiate multiple acquisitions, which included acting as borrower in negotiating, documenting and closing the senior credit facility and in finalizing the acquisition

  • Represented a specialty finance firm in a $147.5 million syndicated financing package to a private equity-backed provider of mobile equipment services to the urology industry focused on lithotripsy, laser and cryoablation systems
  • Advised a bank in a $60 million asset-based revolving credit facility to a long-term care pharmacy company
  • Advised a national bank in connection with a syndicated $425 million first lien credit facility to a durable medical equipment provider
  • Advised a national bank in a $22.5 million first lien credit facility to a medical practice management entity to fund the acquisition of five medical practices and working capital
  • Represented the sponsor-backed physical therapy support services organization as borrower in negotiating, documenting and closing the senior credit facility

  • Advised Healthcare Realty Trust Inc. in its merger with Healthcare Trust of America
  • Represented IVX Health in the acquisition of Bethesda-based Precision Healthcare
  • Served as lead transaction counsel to Quality Industries in its sale to Anchor Partners
