Carson M. Heyer

Carson M. Heyer is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office. Mr. Heyer advises clients in a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, venture capital financings and other corporate finance matters.

Additionally, Mr. Heyer advises healthcare companies and investors on a variety of transactional matters, including acquisitions of healthcare facilities. He also provides general corporate counseling to clients throughout their life cycles.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Heyer gained valuable experience as a corporate attorney in the Boston office of a large international law firm, where he advised venture-backed clients on a variety of corporate matters.
