Mr. Jacobs' clients are predominantly healthcare organizations, private equity firms and specialty providers, with an emphasis on the dental space. His experience includes the formation and expansion of dental services organizations (DSOs).
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Jacobs served as in-house counsel for a leading regional outpatient physical therapy clinic, where he navigated Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law and False Claims Act (FCA) while structuring deals. Previously, he worked with an international accounting firm, where he focused on data privacy matters.
