Overview

Michelle Kraus is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Chicago office. Ms. Kraus focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity transactions and general corporate matters for private equity funds, their portfolio companies and other public and privately held businesses.

Ms. Kraus' transactional experience covers a variety of sectors, including business and financial services, insurance, manufacturing, healthcare and transportation. She takes a collaborative, business-oriented approach to each transaction to provide quality client service.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Kraus was an attorney at a global law firm in its Chicago office.

While in law school, Ms. Kraus served as the managing production editor of the Journal of Law and Social Policy.
