Holland & Knight Represents Imperial Dade in Two Recent Acquisitions

CHICAGO (September 11, 2023) – Holland & Knight advised Imperial Dade, a leading distributor of foodservice packaging supplies and janitorial supplies, in its recent acquisitions of Supreme Paper Supplies and Prime Paper & Packaging. Both acquisitions were announced on September 5. Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

Jersey City, New Jersey-based Imperial Dade is the leading independently owned and operated distributor of foodservice packaging, facilities maintenance supplies and equipment in North America.

Headquartered in Pensacola, Florida, Supreme Paper Supplies is a premier distributor of foodservice and janitorial products throughout the greater Pensacola market.

Headquartered in Downey, California, Prime Paper & Packaging is a premier distributor of foodservice, industrial and janitorial products throughout Southern California.
