Camila Lopez

Camila López is a Bogotá business attorney who focuses her practice on corporate transactions and litigation matters involving intellectual property, competition law, consumer protection and regulatory affairs. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, she served as a legal assistant at Colombia's Ministry of National Defense.

During her professional career, Ms. López has represented the interests of different national and international companies in judicial and administrative proceedings before the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, Administrative Courts and before the Council of State, among others.

Currently, Ms. López advises national and multinational clients on issues related to competition law, consumer law, and intellectual property matters.
