Overview
Mary Alice Murphy is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office where she assists private equity funds in structuring and completing investments and advises healthcare companies and hospital systems when acquiring healthcare facilities or physician practices. Ms. Murphy's experience includes outpatient services providers, urgent care clinics, optometry and other specialty physician practices. Additionally, she assists investor-owned healthcare companies in acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures and other strategic transactions.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Murphy gained valuable experience as a member of the Appeals Operations Group in the Division of TennCare, Tennessee's Medicaid program.
