Melissa Pereira

Melissa Pereira is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office. Ms. Pereira focuses her practice primarily on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) of privately held companies, private equity, and general corporate governance of a wide range of corporate structures.

While in law school, Ms. Pereira was a summer associate in Holland & Knight's Boston office, where she worked in the corporate practice. Ms. Pereira was also a Matthew Z. Gomes Fellow at the BU/MIT Startup Law Clinic, where she provided strategic legal counsel to early-stage business ventures created by Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Boston University (BU) campus-based entrepreneurs. Additionally, Ms. Pereira was a legal extern for a large utility company, where she provided legal counsel on a variety of transactional and regulatory compliance litigation matters.
