Claire Sears

Claire Sears is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Charlotte office. Ms. Sears focuses her practice on mergers & acquisitions (M&A), private equity and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Sears was an associate in the corporate group of a Charlotte-based law firm.

During law school, Ms. Sears served as a student attorney in the Start-Up Ventures Clinic, where she provided legal advice and assistance to entrepreneurs and early-stage ventures in North Carolina's Research Triangle area.
