Overview
Richard M Yanofsky is a partner in the Holland & Knight Boston office and is former head of the firm’s Boston Corporate Law group. He is also a member of the Business Law Section and Health Law and Life Sciences Team. Mr. Yanofsky has been practicing with the firm for more than 30 years, concentrating in corporate finance and health care law. He represents closely held businesses, publicly traded corporations, medical practices, hospitals and nonprofit corporations in connection with a wide variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, venture capital financings, executive compensation, commercial financings, tax exempt bond financing, debt and corporate restructuring, and leveraged buyouts.
