Boston Real Estate Finance Lawyers Sean O’Brien and Allison Driscoll Move to Holland & Knight
BOSTON (October 1, 2018) – Real estate finance lawyers Sean O'Brien and Allison Driscoll have joined Holland & Knight as partners in the firm's Boston office. They previously practiced at Seyfarth Shaw, where Mr. O'Brien was co-chair of the Boston Real Estate Practice Group.

Mr. O'Brien and Ms. Driscoll represent banks, debt and hedge funds, institutional investors, investment banking institutions and real estate owners in a variety of commercial real estate transactions across the United States. They have significant experience in an array of complex commercial real estate finance transactions, including originating loans for inclusion in securitizations (CMBS, CLO), construction, acquisition, permanent and bridge financings, loan syndications, participations and sales, mezzanine loans and preferred equity transactions. They have each handled transactions involving a variety of asset classes, including fee and leasehold financings of shopping centers, hotels, multifamily, self-storage and mobile home properties, retail, office and industrial buildings, condominiums and specialty projects.
Mr. O'Brien received a J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School and a B.A. degree from the University of Massachusetts. Ms. Driscoll received a J.D. degree from Harvard Law School and a B.A. degree from Wesleyan University.
