Marisa Terrenzi Honored as Top Woman Dealmaker by Global M&A Network

TYSONS, Va. (March 11, 2020) –  Holland & Knight Partner Marisa Terrenzi was honored at the USA Top Women Dealmaker Awards, hosted by the Global M&A Network. The USA Top Women Dealmaker Awards honors brilliant, respected, legendary and inspirational women from the private equity, investing, restructuring and M&A transactional communities.

Ms. Terrenzi also won an M&A Atlas Award for her role representing Cubic Corporation (NYSE: CUB) in its $64 million acquisition of Nuvotronics, a deal that was named Technology M&A Deal of the Year in the small to mid-market category. The Global M&A Network created the M&A Atlas Awards to recognize the achievements of influential dealmakers and leaders, outstanding firms and the best-growth- delivering transactions of the year.

Both award ceremonies were held in Washington, D.C., on March 5.

Ms. Terrenzi has served as counsel in more than 50 merger and acquisition and private equity financing transactions in the past five years. Her clients are engaged in a variety of industry sectors, including software services, government contracts and information technology. She has represented a number of leading venture capital and private equity firms in numerous transactions as well as a wide range of early stage and later stage companies.
