Holland & Knight Advises Tracepoint on Investment Deal with Booz Allen

TYSONS, Va. (January 12, 2021) – Holland & Knight represented Tracepoint, a market-leading provider of digital forensics and incident response services, on a deal to receive a strategic investment with Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH). The investment, announced on Jan. 8, enhances the ability of both Tracepoint and Booz Allen to defend clients against a growing number of debilitating cyber threats.

Headquartered in Northern Virginia, Tracepoint was co-founded by Baton Rouge-based Plexos Group and several industry experts. The company specializes in supporting cyber insurance carriers, lawyers, brokers and their clients through crises.

With headquarters in McLean, Virginia, Booz Allen is a global consulting firm with expertise in analytics, digital engineering and cyber that works with businesses, government and military organizations. The firm employs about 27,600 people globally.
