Holland & Knight Wins Marine Money 2021 M&A Deal of the Year

NEW YORK (March 22, 2022) – Holland & Knight has won Marine Money's 2021 M&A Deal of the Year - Merger award for its representation of International Seaways, Inc. in its merger with Diamond S Shipping.

The merger combined two of the leading tanker companies worldwide providing energy transportation services for crude oil and petroleum products in International Flag markets, creating the second largest U.S.-listed tanker company by vessel count and the third largest by deadweight. The combined company has 100 vessels, shipping revenues of over $1 billion, more than 2,200 employees and an enterprise value of approximately $2 billion.
