Holland & Knight Advises Mediam Group in Sale of Minority Stake to Aleph Group, Inc.

MIAMI (July 21, 2022) – Holland & Knight represented Mediam Group (Google’s Official Media Representative in Central America) in the sale of a minority stake to Aleph Group, Inc., a leading global enabler of digital advertising in emerging countries. The transaction, which was announced on July 13, gives Aleph access to Google's ad products and strengthens its global reach.

The sophisticated transaction structure included Aleph stock payments as consideration, different shareholders agreements and a stock purchase agreement.

Mediam, founded by LDM Holding in 2021, supports hundreds of advertisers with dedicated, experienced and local teams in Panama, Guatemala and Costa Rica to optimize their ads accounts across Google Products (Search, YouTube, Display, DV360).
