Holland & Knight Recognized for Top Deals at 2023 USA M&A Atlas Awards

WASHINGTON (May 1, 2023) – Two transactions completed by Holland & Knight attorneys were named "Deals of the Year" at this year's USA M&A Atlas Awards, hosted by the Global M&A Network. The M&A Atlas Awards recognize the achievements of influential dealmakers and leaders, outstanding firms and the best growth-delivering transactions of the year. The awards ceremony was held on April 27 in Washington, D.C.

Cengage Group's acquisition of InfoSec was named the USA Deal of the Year – Middle Markets. Holland & Knight's representation of Cengage was led by Partner Lindsay Sheehy and Associate Melissa Goldberg. Additionally, the Clearon Corp. acquisition by Solenis, a portfolio company of Platinum Equity, was named the USA Deal of the Year – Upper Middle Markets.
