Holland & Knight Represents Foli de México in Combination with GPA Global

MEXICO CITY (August 16, 2023) – Holland & Knight advised Foli de México S.A. de C.V. in its combination with GPA Global, a global packaging solutions provider. The combination closed on July 31.

Headquartered in Mexico City, Foli de México specializes in providing packaging and printing solutions, including hot stamping, displays and eco-friendly options. Foli de México has more than 35 years of leading industry experience, a global network of service centers and a diverse clientele of more than 300 international brands. Through the combination, the subsidiary Urmoe S.A. de C.V. was created.

Mansfield, Massachusetts-based GPA Global provides sustainable packaging solutions for a variety of products across a wide range of sectors, including beauty, consumer electronics, healthcare and consumer products. The company also provides logistical services, coordinating inland domestic transportation to factories of original equipment manufacturers, inland trucking both in China and the U.S., drop shipping directly to customers and exporting to numerous countries.
