Holland & Knight Advises Lincoln Road Global Management on Acquisitions of Commercial Landscaping Businesses in Houston
MIAMI (November 7, 2023) – A team of Holland & Knight attorneys represented Lincoln Road Global Management LLC on its acquisitions of Silversand Services and SLI Landscape, which provide full landscaping, irrigation management, tree care, interior plant care and custom holiday decoration services. Terms of the transactions, which closed in October, were not disclosed.
Both Silversand and SLI are based in Houston and provide best-in-class quality and service to commercial customers. Silversand will lead SLI and Lincoln Road’s recent investment in Zodega Landscaping, creating the largest commercial landscaping provider in Houston. The combined businesses will carry the Silversand name and serve more than 1,500 customers throughout Greater Houston Metro, Dallas-Fort Worth and Bryan-College Station.
Lincoln Road Global Management, headquartered in Miami, is a private equity firm making control investments in lower middle market buy-and-build opportunities in North America. Lincoln Road targets founder- and family-owned businesses providing essential services and producing essential goods in fragmented industries where it believes there is an abundance of untapped growth opportunities that would benefit from operational intervention coupled with acquisition strategy.
