Holland & Knight Advises Optivations LLC on Investment from Skylark Private Equity Partners

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (August 12, 2024) – Holland & Knight advised Optivations LLC, a leader in e-commerce marketplace management strategy services, in connection with a significant investment from Skylark Private Equity Partners. The transaction closed on July 26.

The investment from Skylark will help enhance Optivations' business and the value proposition it provides clients. Optivations' founders, Bob Neapole, Andrew Kroll, Brad Finkbeiner and Link Newcomb, will continue to lead the business and have retained significant ownership. D.A. Davidson & Co. served as the exclusive financial adviser to Optivations in the transaction.

Based in West Palm Beach, Florida, Optivations helps brands launch and optimize their online presence across Amazon and other digital marketplaces, including providing fully integrated multi-channel solutions for brands.
