Daniela María Arbeláez

Daniela Arbeláez Galeano is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Bogotá office, where she focuses her practice in public, administrative and state contracting law.

Ms. Arbeláez has worked with different private and public clients and has wide experience advising clients in bidding and public selection processes, and their subsequent contractual execution, financial closing of multilateral transactions, with an emphasis on bus rapid transport (BRT) systems, telecommunications, construction and the infrastructure sector.

Ms. Arbeláez has negotiated multiple agreements through the financial closing process of transactions in the transport and BRT systems and has acted as legal advisor for several private companies regarding judicial review cases, regulatory decisions, structuring business models, operations and financials schemes, and providing legal opinions.

In addition, Ms. Arbeláez is a professor of Public Finance at Universidad del Rosario.
