Maria Paula Zarco

Maria Paula Zarco is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Bogotá office. Ms. Zarco focuses her practice on matters related to litigation, dispute resolution and constitutional labor actions.

Ms. Zarco has experience supporting the firm's labor and employment and litigation teams in major cases before the Colombian Judicial Branch, as well as arbitration courts. In addition, she has a significant background in handling judicial and administrative claims related to labor and employment and torts law.

Ms. Zarco also participates in and advises clients on the design and implementation of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms to prevent future disputes. She also has in-depth experience in administrative investigations.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight in her current position, Ms. Zarco was a law clerk in the firm's Bogotá office.
