Holland & Knight Represents Imperial Dade in Acquisition of Green Streets USA Inc.

CHICAGO (May 1, 2023) – Holland & Knight advised Imperial Dade, a leading distributor of food service packaging supplies and janitorial supplies, in its acquisition of Green Streets USA Inc. The acquisition was announced May 1, 2023.

New Hampshire-based Green Streets USA is a leading distributor of food service, industrial and packaging supplies throughout New England and the Boston metro area.

The transaction represents the 63rd acquisition for Imperial Dade under the leadership of Chairman Robert and CEO Jason Tillis. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

Jersey City, New Jersey-based Imperial Dade is the leading independently owned and operated distributor of food service packaging, facilities maintenance supplies and equipment in North America.
