Holland & Knight Advises Resolvit in Sale to Aditi

TYSONS, Va. (October 13, 2023) – Holland & Knight advised Resolvit Resources LLC, a technology and management solutions provider with strong service capabilities across Latin America, in its sale to Aditi Consulting. The transaction closed on Oct. 2, 2023.

Aditi will now be able to service its clients from Argentina, Ecuador, Colombia and Uruguay, in addition to the United States, Mexico and India. Resolvit's suite of technology solutions expands Aditi's offerings in areas such as cybersecurity, DevOps, cloud/Internet of Things (IoT) and application modernization.
