Holland & Knight Advises Acclaim Technical Services in Acquisition of Alder Technology

TYSONS, Va. (December 5, 2023) – Holland & Knight represented Acclaim Technical Services LLC (ATS), backed by venture capital firm Blue Delta Capital Partners, in its acquisition of Alder Technology Inc. The combination of the two firms will strengthen ATS' position as a key player in the intelligence community's middle-market sector. The transaction was announced on December 4.

ATS, based in Reston, Virginia, is a leader in specialized operational support, technology solutions and language-enabled services to the U.S. intelligence community.

Based in Chantilly, Virginia, Alder Technology is a provider of high-end network engineering, network security, and data management services and solutions supporting the national security mission.
