Holland & Knight Represents Incapsulate in Acquisition by Accenture

TYSONS, Va. (December 4, 2023) – Holland & Knight advised Incapsulate, a leading digital transformation consulting firm that specializes in Salesforce solutions, in its acquisition by Accenture (NYSE: ACN). As a Salesforce Platinum Consulting partner, Incapsulate will fortify Accenture's Salesforce capabilities. The transaction was announced on Nov. 28.

Incapsulate, headquartered in Washington, D.C., designs and implements Salesforce solutions for organizations in the public sector and financial services industries. With offices in Boston, Massachusetts, and Toronto, Canada, as well as in Ahmedabad and Hyderabad, India, the Incapsulate team of more than 275 Salesforce practitioners and software engineers will join the Accenture Salesforce Business Group within Accenture Technology.
